Maccabi Canada Presents Junior Soccer Teams

TORONTO, MAY 10, 2017 – Maccabi Canada is pleased to announce the athletes selected for the Junior Boys U16 & U18 and Junior Girls Soccer teams set to compete in the 20th Maccabiah Games in Israel from July 4-18.
These athletes are apart of a more than 600-member delegation from Canada, who will join a total of 10,000 Jewish athletes from 80 countries in the third largest sporting event in the world.

Junior U16 Boys Team Supported by:Coach Darren Rath and Manager Jason Mausberg, the team is composed of: Joshua Baumann, Mark Moises Benhamu Encaoua, Yigal Bruk, Jacob Daum, Joshua Duckman, Miles Gailiunas, Ethan Kibel, Seth Martosh, Jacob Mausberg, Noah Minsky, Jared Pearlman, Eran Poyastro, Eitan Rosen, Mitchell Rubinstein, Gil Salzman, Benjamin Segal, Sebastiean Shoichet-Bartus and Elijah Wyman.

Junior U18 Boys Team Supported by: Joshua Bennett and Manager Lucio Ianiero, the team is composed of: David Baum, Joshua Bugis, Mike Cohen, Spencer Cohen, Max Debow Krawitz, Joshua Eisenstat, Allan Fabrykant, Yale Freedman, Tyler Gilman, Hilli Goldhar, Matthew Hirshberg, Avraham Israel, Joshua Kalk, Joshua Kerzner, Reuben Ramos-Salsberg, Chris Sanders, Alexander Shields and Shane Tonkonog.

Junior Girls Team Supported by: Coach Menashe Levi and Managers Paul Deabreu and Honey Levi, the team is composed of: Jordana Brookman, Grace Lindsay Cobbold, Rachel Curwen, Emily Halman, Kathryn Hunt, Danielle Konig, Nicole Kovalevsky, Bessie Lecker-Evans, Diva Levi, Emma Levy, Emma Margles-Forgione, Talia Niss, Sarah Nissan, Elle Rosen, Katherine Sliwowicz, Sami Wallis, Sarit Winstok, Talya Wollner and Michelle Zilberman.
