Maccabi Canada Presents Open Men's Waterpolo Team

TORONTO, MAY 18, 2017 – Maccabi Canada is pleased to announce the athletes selected for the Open Men's Waterpolo team set to compete in the 20th Maccabiah Games in Israel from July 4-18.
These athletes are part of a more than 600-member delegation from Canada, who will join a total of 10,000 Jewish athletes from 80 countries in the third largest sporting event in the world.

Supported by Coach Chad Hogg and Manager Teddy Miller, the team is composed of: Igor Bernadski, Andrew Camilleri, Jordan Deskin, Dave Fremeth, Jason Hillcoat, Zachary Hillcoat, Ilan Mucher, Devin O’Donnell, Mark Segal, Daniel Tripoli and Marshall Young.

Maccabi Canada’s mission is to promote Jewish identity and to cultivate future leaders through the passion of sports. Every four years, the Maccabiah Games brings Jewish athletes of all ages to Israel, providing world-class athletic competition as well as an opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich culture and heritage of the Jewish people.
