Victoria Wiseman knew she had to come back.
Three years ago, Wiseman won a bronze medal with Canada’s open women’s basketball team at the 2013 Maccabiah Games. The experience was an inspiring one for the Montreal native, who recently completed her rookie campaign with Hapoel Petah Tikva in the Israeli women’s professional league.

Maccabi Canada’s developmental basketball program capped off its winter session with an exhibition game against the Thornhill Basketball Association on March 7.

Jordan Kalk surprised even himself.
On a road trip through Ohio last fall, the junior forward with the Saginaw Valley State (SVSU) men’s soccer team made quick work of Walsh and Malone universities, scoring six goals in consecutive hat-tricks.
