Maccabi Canada Presents Masters Triathlon and Cycling Teams 2017

TORONTO, APRIL 30, 2017 – Maccabi Canada is pleased to announce the athletes selected for the Masters Triathlon and Cycling teams set to compete in the 20th Maccabiah Games in Israel from July 4-18.
These athletes are apart of a more than 600-member delegation from Canada, who will join a total of 10,000 Jewish athletes from 80 countries in the third largest sporting event in the world.
Triathlon Team - Supported by Bill Izso, the Triathlon team is composed of: Alexandre Abecassis, Owen Duckman, Shawna Granovsky, Josh Guttman, and Kayla Segal.
Cycling Team - Supported by Coach Mark Berger and Manager Leon Elfassy, the Cycling team is composed of: David Miller, Karen Pilosof, Emile Sadaka,and Howard Weinerman.
