Photo Submissions

All registered participants that includes all Athletes, Coaches and Accredited Supporters are required to complete the photo submissions
Please submit your photos by March 25, 2019

Headshot submission
Each registered participant, that includes all Athletes, Coaches and Accredited Supporters, are required to submit a high quality head shot (must be passport standard). The picture needs to be clear, and at a reasonable resolution (350-400 pixels), less than 1MB and in Jpeg format.  Please make sure that your face is clearly visible and is not obstructed by hair, sunglasses, a hat or any other objects.  The picture needs to be a close-up of your face, and cannot include other people in it.
This picture will be used for your athlete accreditation and security must be able to identify you by it.

To name the picture use:  Athlete first name, Athlete last name, Sport, and Gender.  For example: John Smith from the Junior volleyball team will name his picture: JohnSmithVolleyballMale.jpg

Passport Submission
Each registered participant, that includes all Athletes, Coaches and Accredited Supporters, are required to submit a high quality photograph of their passport. The picture needs to be clear and taken in landscape-horizontal orientation with a reasonable resolution (700×500 pixels). The image should be less than 1MB in size and in Jpeg format.  Picture must cleary show their full name, passport number, date of birth, gender, expiration date, and photograph.

To name the picture use: Athlete first name, Athlete last name, Sport and word Passport. For example: John Smirth from the golf team will name his picture JohnSmithGolfPassport.jpg
