Maccabi Canada is currently planning participation in the following sports and divisions. Team formation is subject to sufficient athlete interest, eligibility and final confirmation.

Eligibility for the 2027 Pan American Maccabi Games is based on year of birth.

• U16:   2011–2012
• U18:   2009–2010
• Junior: 2009–2012
• Open:   2008 and prior
• Masters 35+: 1992 and prior
• Masters 45+: 1982 and prior
• Masters 55+: 1972 and prior
