Completed athlete application form;
Receive first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at least two weeks prior to the tryout;
Provide documentation confirming vaccination prior to the tryout;
Complete a self-assessment for any COVID-19 symptoms the morning of the tryout;
NO DROP IN ATHLETES PERMITED. NO EXCEPTIONS
NO SPECTATORS
Covid protocols will be in place as per the governing bodies. Maccabi Canada's Health and Safety Policies

Tryouts are by invitation only. Upon completion of your athlete application your coach will contact you with tryout details.
